Lucy Cheesewright

Lucy Cheesewright has developed an international reputation for creative and strategy amongst luxury brands. Lucy was Event Director of the luxury watch show SalonQP from 2011-2016, transforming it into a globally renowned and respected annual destination. During these six years, Lucy built significant relationships within the luxury watch industry, and a substantial network of further luxury brands, with whom she created bespoke installations and activation campaigns.

Lucy has 16 years' experience of working both client and agency side and has worked across every discipline within events, starting her career in IBM's executive events department. This team were responsible for large scale events internationally for IBM's global senior management. These ranged from exclusive CEO conferences in Monte Carlo to a 6,000 person recognition event in Cape Town. 

Lucy formed Langstroth to fill a recognised opportunity in the market - bespoke creative strategy development for luxury and technology brands.

Lucy delivers a level of service where understanding the brand and discreet marketing needs results in tailored, innovative concepts and beautiful, highly targeted activations.

 

Steve Prior is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing with 25 years’ experience in marketing and communications both client and agency side. Steve started his agency career with Maritz (now part of WPP) in the early 1990s, where he was responsible for the Vodafone and Volvo accounts. After five years, he was headhunted to join EuroRSCG , leading accounts for Mercedes-Benz, Microsoft and later Porsche GB.

After a decade agency-side, Steve took a much-needed ‘sabbatical’ to work for the Jockey Club in London, with responsibility for their sponsorship and partnership activity. This included securing Vodafone’s continued sponsorship of The Derby and associated brand activation.

In 2001, Steve launched Amigo, a marketing communications agency which included DaimlerChrysler, Motorola, The Jockey Club and HP among its clientele. After five years of growth, the agency was acquired by a larger marketing services group.

In 2007, Steve and former colleagues launched Engage, a marketing consultancy specialising in innovative media-neutral marketing solutions. Steve remains Managing Partner of Engage, as well as a Director of Langstroth.
